ExpertConnectBC provides software that helps construction counsel find independently checked experts and send private invitations. We are not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and not a party to any retainer.

Experts are responsible for the accuracy of credentials and for conflicts. Counsel remain responsible for qualification of opinion evidence under the Supreme Court Civil Rules and for privilege and disclosure decisions.

Fees for expert work are contracted off-platform. Free counsel accounts are limited to a configured number of invites each month. We may refuse, suspend, or remove listings that fail a registry check or misuse the messaging channel.

The digital NDA in v1 is a recorded acknowledgement. It is not a substitute for a firm’s own confidentiality agreement if you need one.
